WHY LOVING YOUR BODY IS A RECIPE FOR A HEALTHY MIND

You and Li lingerie both know women are constantly comparing their bodies to one another, either this could be good or bad. Typically, the comparisons are vulgar and it turn your day from being super positive to a dark well of insecurity. The ways in which we view ourselves is very important as we roughly have 70,000 thoughts each day; if more than 50% are occupied with dark thoughts how does that reflect on your mood, relationships confidence at work, university etc.

 

Three mindful steps for focusing on you 

  1. Tell yourself you’re a bad ass bitch with a beautiful body - Easier said than done but speak to your body, either it be your breast, belly thighs or bum. (Tell her she’s beautiful)
  2. Control you're bad thoughts – when trying on lingerie or a piece of clothing stay neutral, don’t think of anything. ( In this moment you control the dark thoughts that plague your mind) at this point you can decide if you look hot or not without emotions.
  3. Compare yourself to yourself - Comparing yourself to people who don't know you exist (lets leave that in 2018). Ask yourself, how happy was I last year to this year, what am I doing now to keep myself on track. Honest comparisons with yourself improves you and keeps you looking at others.
